Magna Invader BMX Freestyle Bike - Grey
With a cutesy spray can on its seat, and some paint-splatter graphics on the top tube, the Magna Invader BMX Freestyle Bike is ready to invade your neighborhood and paint a graffiti mural on the little plastic jump ramp your kids set up in the driveway last summer.
The Invader features an overbuilt steel freestyle frame with a huge gusset where the seat tube pierces the overhanging top tube, an oversized head-tube junction, and gigantic fish-head dropouts with stylish cut-outs in the middle. The brakes are cheap stamped steel, the "freestyle rotor", i.e. Gyro, is by New State, and the handlebars are generic steel kneesavers.
Steel rims, with a flat spot on the rear from a bunnyhop gone awry, and 20-inch freestyle tires round out the package (get it? "round out"? I'm hilarious). And the graffiti graphics on the seat, top tube and steel sprocket provide confusion about why this bike is called the "Invader".
